House Rules
Welcome to our B&B! We hope you have a wonderful stay. To keep things comfortable for everyone, please follow these house rules:

  1. Check-in & check-out
    – Check-in from 3:00 PM
    – Check-out before 11:00 AM
  2. Peace & respect
    – Enjoy your stay, but keep it quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
    – Please treat the house, garden, and surroundings with care
  3. No pets allowed
    – Unfortunately, pets are not permitted
  4. No smoking indoors
    – Smoking is not allowed inside the B&B
    – You may smoke outside, as long as it doesn’t bother others
  5. Visitors
    – Only registered guests may stay overnight
    – External visitors are welcome only with prior approval
  6. Use of facilities
    – Please use the jacuzzi, shower, and other amenities as instructed
    – Leave everything clean and tidy after use
  7. Safety
    – Close windows and doors when leaving the B&B
    – In case of emergency or fire, call 112 and contact us immediately
  8. Waste separation
    – Please help us recycle by using the provided waste bins
  9. Children welcome
    – Children are very welcome, but please watch them carefully in and around the B&B
  10. Damage or issues
    – Something broken or not working? Let us know right away so we can solve it together
